Resumes

Your resume and cover letter are crucial job search tools. The Career Center has several resources that can help you develop an effective resume and cover letter:

  1. Attend either the Introduction to Resumes and Cover Letters Workshop or the Advanced Resume and Cover Letters Workshop.
  2. Walk-in to the Career Center to meet with a Peer Career Advisor for assistance on developing your resume or cover letter for the first time or for a resume or cover letter critique.
  3. Meet with an Advisor. Please bring a copy of your resume and/or cover letter to your appointment. Make an appointment by calling the Loop office at (312) 362-8437 or the Lincoln Park office at (773) 325-7431.
